We will update on every stage up till delivery of your item to the post office upon which you will receive emails update with your tracking number and the website to track it on. How do I check my tracking number? Once your item is updated as delievered, you will receive an email with trackings, you can use those numbers to track on the website stated on that same email. How long will I receive my order? We usually take 1-2 days to prepare local orders and 3-4 days to prepare international orders. Please check your emails so to avoid any delays if staff need your reply on some issues about your order. Delivery by post office depends on the type of delivery selected at checkout. Duration is also stated there and in your confirmation email for order. Where is my order shipped from? All online orders are sent from Johor, Malaysia. The item I received is damaged or dirty? You have 10 days to return the item back to us. We will replace the item for you and ship it back to you free. Please make sure you have a note in the package that state your order number, problem with item and return address. In the event that the item was posted back to us later that 10 days as written on post date on the package, we have the right to reject the package. Package must be stated clearly as RETURNS if posted Internationally to avoid any customs problems. My customer returned an item back to me as it was a reject. It is your responsibility to check all items prior to sending them to your customers, Once item is sold to a third party, we will not be able to accept them. Why dont Zaharah.com check all items prior to sending? For hijabs that are factoried in large quantity, we will not be able to check one by one as it is impossible. That is why we have a good return policy that you can take advantage of. For all hijabs designed and factoried by us, we do stringent checks for any defects first prior to sending item to customers. Do you post to my country? We pos worldwide. What sort of payment do you accept? We accept Visa Mastercard, Paypal, Wire Transfer, Western Union and local bank transfers. Do you do drop ship or consignment? No. Do you provide catalogs? All items are displayed on our site, we do not provide other catalog. Why is my order still pending after 1 business day?
